Building a brand from scratch.
Itβs not every day you get to build a brand from inception to in-market, but Sled Dog was fortunate to partner with State of Matter as they set out to create a DTC sustainably made menswear brand from the beginning.
The short version is the client made the clothes and Sled Dog did everything else. The brand launched in Sept 2019 into a hyper competitive category. The goal was $500k net in year one.

Pivot!
We had to flex several times throughout 2021 to remain relevant. We made a swift shift from Sustainability & Style to Comfort to WFH Comfort and now Sustainability without Sacrifice.
The Results
$300k net in 1st 15-months (Sept β19 - Dec β20)
On target for $1M net by end of client fiscal (Mar β23)
